Went multiple times with family members, every time things went smooth. Appointments were sharp, no delays, doctors very professional especially the one taking care of small kids: always smiling and finding the right approach to communicate with them. Reception ladies were very kind and offering excellent support.

First time when I went there and I was surprised to see that despite the busy time, it went flowing, no extra waiting and the customer service was great! I am satisfied also about the care I received from the Doctor.
I think that it dosen't represent the reality.The Dr Diana .Anastasiu is an example for most of the doctors,in Bucharest.She does a check on everyting concern the eyes and her medical report is an extra profesional one.I left absolutely satisfied.I recomend Dr Diana .Atanasiu,unresevedly.But that hospital MUST improvet their e_mail service.I sent 3 e-mails to the Westeye hospital;and..I didn,t recive any answer.Yours respectfully Denys Koloktoas.

Unfortunately there is no zero star possibility. Because that way there would be a correlation between the customer care they provide and their reviews
